This was a wild one. We had two hits through 8, and we're down 3-2 in the ninth. Papi unloads on the relief pitcher to tie it. Why Trammell took out the starter Robertson is beyond me. But I'm thankfull. In the tenth both Papi and Tek go deep with their second homes each, and it looks like a laugher at 10-3.
Bradford had done well so Tito decides to sit him and bring in The Stiff (Remlinger). He get's the first two guys then proceeds to have the roof cave in. He gives up a grand slam. Somehow he gets the last out without giving the game away.
Millar has had the worst streak of bad luck that I can remember any guy having. He pasted the ball 3 times last night that guys made great plays on. That's been happening for the better part of a month. I hope his luck changes soon.
I like Papelbon. His delivery reminds me of a young Roger Clemens. The kids got good stuff and a huge upside. He pitched well again. Gonzalez pitched well too.
