I hope we got it out of our system. This one ugly from the beginning. Johnny leads off the game with a triple and we leave him there. Arroyo self destructs by making a bone-head high-light reel play by throwing the ball into left center with the bases loaded on a comebacker he should have gone to the plate with.
Arroyo really struggled. No command, a fastball that lacked it's usual zip and a breaking pitch that was flat more often than not. It happens.
Radke was sharp for the Twins. Even if Arroyo was on his game we lose this one. Top it off with three great plays by Lew Ford in center, one robbing Millar of a homer.
Tip your hat to the Twins and let's start another winning streak.
