This was a pleasant surprise. Going into Baltimore I was pretty uneasy as the O's have giving us fits over the past few seasons. But Arroyo, Clement and Wells were sharp enough and the offense was good enough to get the sweep.
The most amazing thing was it was almost a home away from home series. The Sox fans were out in force. I love it.
Manny got hot just a Papi was starting to look human and that helped out big time. Timlin got the deal done after blowing one, he's tough.
So we got seven left. Unless either the Sox or the Yanks get swept in the next four, the last weekend is gonna mean something. You really can't ask for much more than that.
