This is one we really should of had even with Wells getting knocked around. Johnny misplayed a flyball that he should of caught just before a homer, and Hanging Chad Bradford couldn't keep the Rays down when it counted.
We scored 7 on 11 hits, but three double plays hurt.
About the only good news from the mound was the debut of Hansen, who struck out 2 and got a pop-up in one inning of work. I hate to throw a rookie both feet into a pennant race but the way the other guys are going he's going to see some work.
Papi did what he could with 4 RBI, and Johnny, Cora and Hyzdu had 2 hits each.
Hopefully Schill can get back in the saddle tonight.
