Return Policy
All of products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and your personal inspection. If you are not satisfied with your unused glove, bat or accessory a full refund or replacement product or equal value will be provided, your choice.
For fielding gloves only: Gloves are warranted for 1 season against manufacturers defects. If something goes wrong with your glove send it back for a replacement glove of equal value of your choosing. We pay all return shipping costs for all returns.
Note: Used gloves that do not have a manufacturing defect can not be returned.
To process a return please email us at scott@jamesjscottllc.com and provide your order number if available, otherwise your name, address and product model is required. We will send instructions to you on how to return your purchase.
Shipping Policy
Orders received before 3 PM Eastern time weekdays ship same day as ordered. Orders placed weekdays after 3 PM Eastern time, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Ground shipping in the U.S. is free. Expidited and International shipping is calculated at the "check out" portion of the site.
NOTE For Air Shipments:
- Overnight shipping (U.S. only) gets the glove to you the Next Business Day. Overnight shipping requested on Friday arrive on the next Monday.
- Other Air shipments (2nd day, 3 day): Shipping time is calculated as the number of BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays) after the day of shipping. For example, an order placed before 3:00 Eastern time on a Tuesday with UPS 2nd Day Air will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday.
- Orders placed after 3:00PM eastern time get processed the next business day. Therefore, the products will ship the next business day and arrive 2 or 3 business days after SHIPMENT.
